We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Account Managers serve as the glue between the client and the engineering team and are the main point of contact for clients at Jaggi. Your time will be spent on technical, operational, and strategic projects.
The focus is on supporting the client on operations (e.g. researching new software tools, contacting vendors to negotiate rates, managing seats within an existing software tool they use, etc.). Additionally, you will be responsible for product development projects, and communicate tasks with the engineering team on our end. Basically, half of the job is helping the client directly with a concierge type of service and the other half is serving as the glue for our engineering team to execute one project at a time. You will report to our Services Partner, Joyce Cadesca.
The successful Account Manager will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a start-up environment. You will have experience developing relationships across a diverse customer base and work effectively within functional areas such as Business Operations, Strategy, and Product Development. You will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets and client satisfaction. The base compensation is a base salary of $100,000 plus a profit sharing bonus.
